Fraud

Don't get me wrong, I got nothing against Wakko! Infact he is one of my favorite cartoon characters. But I thought it would be funny to do this, because he is kind of a fake. Because apparently he was created in 1930ish, but in real life he is a actual 90's cartoon. So 1930's Mickey and Felix think he is a fake.

I didn't fix this picture up, because I thought using digital stuff to make old cartoons is ironic. So I just did this traditionally and I will have to live with the mistakes.
